🕒 Return Window
- You can return or exchange items within 3 days of receiving your order.
📦 Eligible Items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must include original packaging (where applicable).
- Final Sale items, lingerie, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return.
💸 Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- COD payments will be refunded to your bank account (Bank Details to be provided by the customer ) .

- Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for the same item (if available). Contact our support team to get started.
🚚 How to Return

- Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location.
